Do you collect rugs from Aughrim?+
Yes. Collection and delivery is included for Aughrim and the surrounding county, arranged at a time that suits your premises.
Can you clean a Persian or wool rug?+
Hand washing is used for delicate wool and Persian pieces so the dyes and pile stay intact. We assess each rug before quoting.
How long does rug cleaning take?+
Most rugs are returned within three to five working days, allowing proper drying and finishing before delivery.
Will the colours run?+
We test for colour fastness on every rug and use colour safe shampoos, which is why antique and hand knotted pieces come to us.
