Questions
Frequently asked questions in Aughrim
What is the difference between contract and one off cleaning?+
A contract keeps the same team on your site on a fixed schedule, so standards stay consistent. One off cleaning handles a single deep clean or handover.
Is there a minimum contract length?+
There is no long tie in. Most Aughrim contracts run on a rolling monthly basis so you can scale hours up or down as your premises change.
Do you cover holiday and sick cover for our Aughrim site?+
Yes. Cover is built into the contract, so your cleaning does not stop when a regular team member is away.
Can we add carpet or upholstery cleaning to the contract?+
Yes, periodic carpet and upholstery cleaning can be scheduled into the same agreement for Aughrim clients.
